Art as Renaissance and Freedom
Natali de Paula , originally from Santa Isabel, São Paulo, found the setting for her artistic rebirth in the city of São José dos Campos/SP in 2015. With a degree in Literature and Foreign Trade, she built a solid career in these areas until, at the age of 30, life imposed a new challenge on her. On October 28, 2015, her breast cancer diagnosis marked the beginning of a profound transformation. During treatment, she stepped away from the careers that had previously occupied her routine and opened herself up to a side of herself that she had never known before: art .
What began as a way to ease her mind became an inescapable passion. Colors and textures became part of her new world, in which she found the strength to rebuild herself and live intensely. Between chemotherapy sessions, surgeries and extensive treatments, Natali found in artistic creation a way to express her essence and renew her love for life. She threw herself into this universe with courage and freedom, embracing art as a symbol of her new journey.
Self-taught, Natali began her studies in painting techniques at Fabrisia Rivera's Studio . Soon, art invaded her daily life, leading her to create daily in her own space . The incessant search for growth and learning shaped her artistic expression, which unfolds in a contemporary and original style, free from rigid standards. Exploring surfaces such as canvases and sculptures, Natali imprints in each work a reflection of her story of overcoming, transforming chaos into beauty and strength.
For Natali, life has been a practical school, where each experience brings a lesson. Her work reflects this constant evolution, translating a search for perfection and authenticity .
